**Key responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- To maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- and exit interviews; recommending organisational changes.
- To conduct orientation and training programs.
- To maintain a pay plan by conducting pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, revising pay structure, etc.
- To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
- To arrange cosultants regarding disciplinary hearings, resolving employee grievances, and counselling for relevant employees.
- To maintain employee benefit programs and inform employees of benefits.
- To maintain the Human Resources policies and procedures.
- To maintain historical HR records, while keeping past and current records secure according to the POPI Act.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge within the HR field.
- To promote teamwork within the ChemSA workforce.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with 1-3 years relevant work experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunda, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
