**About the Role**

You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of multiple Airbnb properties — from property inspections and guest interactions to managing a team of cleaners and ensuring laundry is done correctly in-house. You’ll coordinate all logistics to ensure properties are immaculate and guests enjoy a seamless, 5-star experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Property, Guest & Team Management**
- Conduct check-out inspections and oversee laundry collection from properties
- Manage and schedule a team of cleaners to clean properties and run laundry in-house
- Ensure all laundry is properly washed, dried, and returned to the correct properties
- Ensure each home is clean, stocked, and ready for new arrivals
- Personally welcome guests when required and be available for support throughout their stay
- Write and post guest reviews after check-out
- Procure cleaning products and consumables; monitor stock levels across properties
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate larger repairs
- Organise monthly property maintenance and upkeep

**Damage Reporting & Claims**
- Report any damages to properties and initiate insurance or deposit claims
- Communicate progress on claims and follow up until resolved

**Reservations & Guest Communications**
- Assist with calendar management, pricing updates, and guest bookings across platforms
- Respond to guest queries and manage smooth check-in/check-out procedures

**Admin & Finance Support**
- Process payroll for the cleaning team
- Maintain accurate filing systems (staff, bookings, vehicle records, receipts)
- Upload and track expenses and support monthly financial reporting

**Who We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or property management
- Proven ability to manage and motivate an on-the-ground cleaning team
- Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Hands-on, solutions-driven, and guest-focused
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours
