As we expand our operations, we are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in door-to-door sales within the SME lending environment.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and acquire new SME clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Educate clients on our financial products, including merchant cash advances, trade finance, and asset finance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 2-3 years of proven door-to-door sales experience in the SME lending environment.
- Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with merchant cash advances, trade finance, or asset finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
