CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Matric
- Tertiary Education Preferable
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
- Must have own reliable transport and committed to putting in the hours to build and take the team to the next level
- Must be computer literate

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in leading a highly successful outbound operations team that are focused on retaining or servicing a customer
- Must have 2-3 years sound insurance industry knowledge
- Must have the experience and confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have a strong ability to inform, educate, nurture, and drive their team to success
- Develop the team’s strengths and improve weaknesses
- Identify the team’s goals and evaluate the teams’ progress
- Organize team initiatives
- Provide clear guidance and instructions to the team
- To be able to listen to their team’s members feedback and take the relevant action
- Manage the flow of day to day operations
- Sending of reports to update the business on the team’s performance
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motive and drive team members to perform
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Identify team members who are not performing and help to achieve and exceed the required targets
