- Century City, Cape Town**PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Service Consultant role is to:

- Provide administrative support to all advisors in the Cape Town office and implement all client service-related processes within Gradidge-Mahura Investments. To assist with administrative support in other offices as need arise.**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Draw Investments and Risk quotes.
- Submit new business and manage all related processes.
- Manage existing business queries - and keep advisor and client updated.
- Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for Annual Review files.
- Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for FNAs.
- Manage Financial Advisors diary.
- Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
- Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
- Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants and marketing support), clients and suppliers in the execution of your duties.
- Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.
- Office administration: work closely with the Operations Officer to ensure that the office is suitable for optimal functioning.
- Assist with all marketing initiatives.

**REQUIRED**

**KNOWLEDGE /**

**EXPERIENCE
- Good computer literacy- Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial Planning Industry.- Experience in use of X-Plan or other industry related tool would be an advantage/**REQUIRED**

**QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Matric**REMUNERATION
Fixed monthly cost to company salary of R20,000.00
- Plus Incentive Bonus
