**Overview**:
The Junior Account Manager will oversee the delivery of marketing and consulting services for smaller clients, ensuring timely completion of website design and development projects working with respective specialist teams, with high attention to detail. You will assist Senior Account Managers and Account Managers with various administrative tasks while maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage marketing services for smaller clients, ensuring their delivery and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Assist Senior Account Managers and Account Managers with tasks such as creating reports, posting blogs, and quality-checking website revisions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency on project developments and status updates.
- Monitor smaller accounts to ensure alignment with agreed marketing strategies and goals, reporting any issues or delays to senior staff.
- Handle multiple small accounts efficiently, balancing client support with administrative duties.
- Ensure KPI reports, blogs, and content updates are accurate, professional, and meet client expectations.
- Identify potential issues with accounts, offering suggestions where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly liaise with clients and internal and partner teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining organization and ensuring timely completion of duties.
- Familiarity with basic content management systems (CMS) for posting blogs and managing website updates.
- Attention to detail in all work, especially when preparing reports or quality-checking projects.
- Willingness to learn and grow in account management, digital marketing, and customer service.
- Previous or current experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Consulting is highly beneficial.

- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) for basic website updates and blog postings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage small accounts effectively.
- Ability to identify potential problems and communicate them to senior staff with proposed solutions.

Pay: From R27 000,00 per month

- For this position, you would need to work 9 am - 5 pm EST (An hour lunch and tea breaks are included.). Are you willing to work according to this timeframe on weekdays? (Typically 3/4 pm to 11 pm/12 am SAT.)
