**Strategic Brand Manager at Team5pm**
For our Cape Town office we are looking for a Strategic Brand Manager. As a Strategic Brand Manager at Team5pm you will work with international accounts. You will have direct client contact and develop customized YouTube strategies. You are responsible for the success of these strategies: you spar with the client about the needs and translate them into strategic steps. You write YouTube strategies, and guide your team in their implementation. In addition, together with your team of specialists, you are constantly looking for opportunities and market developments to improve strategies and sharpen them where possible. ➤ You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience within the media industry;
➤ You have an affinity with media and/or YouTube;
➤ You like the challenge of working with the client to create a customized YouTube strategy and achieve results together;
➤ You can keep an overview and monitor project progress;
➤ You do not fear data-driven research;
➤ You constantly monitor the market and have a sense of opportunities, which you know how to translate into strategy;
➤ You are communicatively strong;
➤ You have analytical skills and self-reflection.
