**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the grill section, ensuring proper cooking standards.
- Maintain fire control and meat doneness.
- Oversee mise en place for the grill station.
- Follow kitchen checklists and ensure hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior grill staff when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a griller in a busy restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to quality.
