**Outbound sales (Verification Agent)**

Â

Â- The purpose of the Verification agent is to verify all the sales cover policies to the clients made by sales agent. Make sure all the policies are captured and submitted

Â- We are looking for energetic verification agents to meet all daily target in verification

Â- Verification agents are responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans (Device cover) and overseeing a portfolio of clients, these professionals are responsible for identifying risk management strategies.

Â- Regularly interact with the reporting leader/management to understand the business requirements and goal.

Â- Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience.

Â- Identify any fraudulent activities and report to the line management with immediate effect

Â- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations

Â-**Â **Emotional intelligence**. This includes the ability to listen and empathize with agent on a deeper level in order to discern what it is really required. A good Verification agent is tactful and knows how to help a business see financial reality clearly, and be focus minded

**Requirement**

Â- Minimum matric or NQF equivalent

Â- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Â- People Skills

Â- Good Salesmanship

Â- Customer Service Skills

Â- High Energy Level

Â- Honesty and trustworthy

Â- Knowledge on a Variety of Products

Â- Product knowledge

Â- Communication skills

Â- Active listening skills

Â- Rapport-building skills

Â- Time-management skills

Â- Organizational skills

Â- Problem-solving skills.

**Experience**

Â- No less than 1 year Call Centre sales agent experience in an Outbound environment or customer care. Attend to inbound and outbound calls.
