In this role we are looking for a seasoned professional to provide a unique opportunity to combine Deep Client and Colleague Insights as well as Emerging Technology to enhance the value we deliver to clients.

You will also define the client and product strategies to build Absa token-based payment solutions and grow revenue streams from the ground up.

Cultivating close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Clients, Coverage, Product Teams, Design Teams, Tech and Operational Teams to identify, validate and co
- create solutions.

**Job Description**:
Ensuring that all ideas are validated through a full discovery process to ensure solutions are useful for client use and experience
- Collaborate with Product Designers & technology partners to generate ideas, prototypes and experiments
- Coordinate secondary market as well as user research on a specific feature that’s currently “in discovery”

Strategy and Planning
- Develop a product strategy on Data products in partnership with client, product, and risk teams.

Business Change
- Plan and manage ongoing investment and activity in-line with defined portfolio.
- Drive the delivery of solutions across our product, operations, and technology teams. Include capacity, capability planning and development

Service/Sales Enablement and Coverage Support
- Drive engagement across product and coverage to position Absa’s capabilities with clients and increase use of data products and services.
- Partner with Change team to train and support Sales Enablement and Coverage teams, including client facing materials

Benefits Optimisation
- Analytics: Utilise existing solution usage analysis to better understand the clients’ value chain/business processes i.e. develop deep client insight. Use these insights to identify/innovate opportunities to provide solutions that will create client value

BAU
- Agree SLA’s with key stakeholders. Set SLA’s with key support teams. Manage and drive ongoing SLA improvements
- Risk: Assess risks and implement relevant mitigates with a view to consistently reducing organisation risk (Focus on new technology).

Solution Realization
- Execution model: Plan and drive execution of activities aligned with the Corporate Digital Platform execution model (SAFE)

Please send in your CV if you have the above experience as well as;
- A B Degree preferred
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in the financial industry (Knowledge in Corporate Banking)
- 5 year’s experience in an agile environment.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (required)
