JOB SUMMARY
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Matriculated
- Basic Bookkeeping (Pastel or Xero Accounting experience advantageous)
- Own Transport & Valid Drivers Licence
- Minimum10 year administration / office environment experience.
- Professional communication style both verbal and written
- Proven experience is a Customer service role
Job description:
Key Duties
- Accurate and timely invoicing for all customer contracts
- Onboarding new customers and liaising with all departments to ensure administration and delivery of services are done correctly and professionally
- Warm, welcoming and friendly front office assistance with an understanding of Company standard of hospitality
- Management of communication goals throughout the organisation and accountable for all scheduled meetings as per roster/ agendas and meeting room calendars with minutes and records kept for all parties within the team
- Support bookkeeping with basic debtors as and when required to ensure customer accounts are kept up to date
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data. Ensure the standard of electronic filing, data storing and shared office drivers are all kept organised and backed up.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Make key meeting appointments and assist Sales department with follow up meetings appointments and basic sales administration and reports as and when required
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so with administrative tasks to lighten the load or add value to other job functions
- Responsible for staff culture initiatives and assist in achieving goals of people growth and development

- Proven excellence as an office administrator or in another relevant position
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Familiarity with common procedures and basic accounting principles used in an office
- Bye in to Company culture and adds value to the team with an attitude to serve
- Operates with integrity and has a clear sense of personal development needs with a willingness to learn
- Respects all team members and acts to serve not self-gain
- Maturity to manage all relationships within the organisation and a sense of ownership in the role you play and contribution you make.

**Salary**: Up to R16,500.00 per month
