Purpose
- To develop sustainable technical solutions to the recurring issues affecting the performance of our products at customer end.
- To conduct product trials and approvals with customers and or brand owners.
- To support sales team with projects to maintain and increase market share
- To support sustainability initiatives in line with global strategy and market needs.
- To support business in providing quality product and services to diverse customer base in domestic markets having complex and varied quality and performance related requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in Technical and Sales role (5 Years minimum)
- Must be neat and organized
- The role requires incumbent to visit customer sites to support technical queries as he/she will be the single point of contact for any customer complaints/Sales/development queries.
- The incumbent should have thorough knowledge of compliances related different markets for e.g., REACH, FDA etc.

**Qualifications**:

- B-Tech/B. E or Diploma in Chemicals/Polymer Chemistry
- MS Office with sound computer knowledge
- Experience working with Oracle will be advantageous
