**Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Business Director**
**Location**: Woodmead
**Reports To**: Director
**Salary**:

**Working Hours**: 8:00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
**Job Purpose**:
To provide high-level administrative, organizational, and personal support to the Business Director, ensuring the efficient management of their schedule, communications, and day-to-day responsibilities. The PA acts as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Manage the Business Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Organize and maintain an effective filing and record-keeping system (digital and paper-based).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings and events, including creating briefing materials.
**Communication Management**
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
**Travel & Events**
- Organize travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with planning and coordination of corporate events, offsites, or client engagements.
**Project Coordination**
- Support the Director in tracking progress of key initiatives and follow up on action items.
- Undertake research, compile data, and prepare documents as required.
**Confidentiality & Discretion**
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Act with discretion in managing personal or confidential matters.
**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
**Desirable**:
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems.
- Flexibility in working hours when needed.
