- Engage with customer leads provided by the client via telephone.
- Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals.
- Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer’s best interest.
- Uphold and promote “Best Practice” in every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:1 Year or more outbound UK or USA sales experience.
- **Qualifications**: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent.
- **Skills**: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable working with computers.
- **Performance-Driven**: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
- **Flexibility**: Able to work UK and USA hours (Monday to Saturday).
