What will you do?
Human Resources has a position available for a Skills Reporting Analyst in the Leadership and People Development team.
To enable the Santam Group to deliver on the Skills Development strategy and plans by providing operational support, management information and reporting in alignment with HR and business leadership priorities, stakeholder requirements, and business unit requirements. What will make you successful in this role?
Reporting
Prepares training reports, communications and procedures as required.
Compile monthly Skills Development reports.
Distribute monthly SD scorecard performance results to business stakeholders.
Provide feedback on queries regarding reports distributed.
Resolve issues raised and create new reports, if and when required.
Assist HRD team with scenario planning.
Facilitate the resolution of data and/or system integrity issues.
Provide reporting, analytics, visualizations, and predictive analytics on applicable technological solutions.
Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual reporting where necessary and ensure that any data activities are in alignment with data privacy standards.
Make sure data is reported in a transparent, accessible and useable way.
Scorecard Support
Support the SDF on Skills Development scorecard collation.
Update Skills Development scorecard with legislative changes in collaboration with the SDF.
Drive the accuracy of data.
Integrate data stored in different sources from the business, CoE’s including that of 3rd party information.
Keep abreast of changing requirements and practices for maintaining ethical workforce data handling. Make sure all data management is aligned to the POPI Act. You have
Human Resources related qualification
3 years’ experience in Skills Development reporting/analytics
Sound knowledge of Financial Services Industry practices and regulatory requirements Your abilities include
Strong data analytics skills
Advanced MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Logical
Analytical
Sound knowledge in learning and development
Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
