An opportunity is available for a TES Business Development Lead in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 to 5 years’ sales experience within Temporary Employment Service (TES), bulk contingent recruitment
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to sell solutions to clients
- Proven sales track record preferably in recruitment industry
- Good business acumen and target driven
- Sound financial knowledge
- Own established network
- Valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle

Duties and responsibilities:

- Generate potential leads
- Follow through on leads and secure client meetings whether virtually or on site
- Target volume / bulk headcounts
- Develop and sell strategic service offerings
- Meet defined targets as set by management
- Maintain and develop a network base with prospective clients
- Present a weekly plan to management with new leads to target, existing clients and quotes to follow up on etc
- Prepare proposals / presentations for clients with approval from management in line with the solution that is being sold
- Ensure that costing is signed off by management
- Prepare and present presentations for clients
