**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and cultivate your own client base, leveraging our extensive resources and support.
- Use your entrepreneurial spirit to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Make strategic decisions based on market analysis, industry trends, and your understanding of client needs to maximise your sales performance and income.
- Take ownership of your business within a business, demonstrating autonomy and initiative in managing client relationships and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Collaborate with our experienced sales team and leverage their expertise to enhance your sales techniques, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Continuously expand your personal skills and sales capabilities through ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by our organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in our CRM system.
- Embrace the high-risk, high-reward mentality of commission-based work, utilizing your drive and determination to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional characteristics such as self-motivation, resilience, strong communication skills, and a natural aptitude for sales and relationship building.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair, with a passion for taking ownership and building your own business within our organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Interest and enthusiasm for the products or services we offer, allowing you to align your personal skills and interests with your sales efforts.
- Willingness to embrace the high-risk, high-reward nature of commission-based work and the determination to succeed in a challenging sales environment.
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track your sales activities.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and develop your skills through ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

**What we require from you**:

- A detailed and comprehensive CV highlighting your qualifications and professional experience.
- Preferably, a minimum of 2-3 years in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Access to your own laptop.
- Availability of your own transport.
- Ownership of a personal cellphone.
- Copies of your Driver's License and Matric Certificate (and tertiary qualification, if applicable).
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a constant thirst for learning.
- A strong motivation and drive to succeed.
- A healthy combination of self-awareness, resilience, and discipline, complemented by your natural planning abilities.
- Ideally located in the Gauteng area or within a reasonable distance to engage with our head office in Lonehill.
