**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Mining Plans**: Develop comprehensive and efficient mining plans to maximize resource extraction while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- **Resource Optimization**: Utilize state-of-the-art software and tools to optimize resource utilization and mining operations.
- **Budget and Cost Control**: Collaborate with financial teams to manage mining budgets and costs effectively.
- **Environmental Compliance**: Ensure all mining plans comply with environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze geological data and reports to inform decision-making and enhance mining strategies.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities, to build positive relationships.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on mining plans, progress, and optimization to senior management and key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
