We are looking for a professional Senior **Roaming Supervisor** to coordinate and oversee our day-to-day operations.

The duties will include formulating strategy, improving performance, achieving KPI's on all warehouse sites, increasing headcounts per existing sites and maintaining excellent client relationships. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all operations are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine productivity data and use them to improve productivity
- Ensure KPI's are achieved as per scorecards for all sites
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- HR and Industrial Relations experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as Senior Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Matric
- Clear credit record
- Clear criminal record
- Valid drivers licence
