**Introduction**

We are looking for an **Accounting Team Leader** to take charge of an Accounting Team in Pretoria. The organisation is market-leading, and extremely fast-growing, in the Cloud Accounting space. They focus on SME clients and pride themselves on delivering a tailor-made product basket of accounting services. The organisation places a huge emphasis on employee wellness and creating a “fun”, but hard-working, work environment. They are passionate about SME development.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4 to 5 trainees.
- Oversight and review of work prepared for clients.
- Client liaison in respect to monthly accounting services.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes**
- Eligible / Registered CA(SA); CGMA; PA(SA) ; AGA(SA)
- 1 to 3 years Post Articles Experience.
- Experience within a XERO Cloud Accounting environment would be preferred
- Previous experience leading and managing an accounting or auditing team.
- Loves working with clients, and trainees, and going the extra mile

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
