We are currently seeking skilled Primary Assembly Boat Builders to join our team and contribute to the production of these extraordinary marine vessels.

**Job Purpose**:
As a Primary Assembly Boat Builder at our Eclipse Factory, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of boat construction. Leveraging your expertise in boatbuilding, you will ensure that all components are accurately assembled to meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform primary assembly tasks for the Eclipse range of Express Cruiser Power boats.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the assembly process.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit components accurately.
- Ensure that all assemblies are completed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design, engineering, and quality control, to resolve any assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- At least 3 years of experience in boatbuilding, with a focus on primary assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in boatbuilding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
