As a **Dutch-Speaking Sales Agent**, you’ll connect with existing customers to strengthen relationships, prevent cancellations, and uncover new opportunities.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting inbound and outbound calls with existing customers.
- Retaining clients by providing excellent service and preventing cancellations.
- Upselling and cross-selling new products and services based on customer needs.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
- Staying informed on the latest products, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Managing customer queries and delivering top-tier support.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) - native fluency preferred.
- Proven sales experience (inbound, outbound, telesales, or retention).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confident, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
