- **Assist in the setup and breakdown of all stage equipment and props for performances**

- **Operate lighting, sound, and special effects during performances**
***
- **Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stage equipment as needed**
***
- **Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment during port stops**
***
- **Work closely with the Stage Manager to ensure smooth transitions between performances**
***
- **Communicate effectively with other crew members to ensure the safety and success of each performance**
***
- **Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times**
***
- **Maintain a clean and organized backstage area**
***
- **Assist with other duties as assigned by the Stage Manager or other superiors**
***_ Requirements:_**
***
- **Previous experience as a Stagehand in a live performance setting**
***
- **Knowledge of lighting, sound, and special effects equipment**
***
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment**
***
- **Strong communication and teamwork skills**
***
- **Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed**
***
- **Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects**
***
- **Willingness to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods of time**
***
- **Basic understanding of technical theater concepts and terminology**
***
- **High school diploma or equivalent, technical theater training is a plus**
