**Job description**

**Duties**:

- The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (8x - 10x)
- Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role.
- Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS
- Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team

**Minimum requirements**
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial/B2B sales
- 1-2 years’ in a supervisory or team lead role
- Solution orientated
- Industry experience in [e.g. fleet management, logistics, telecoms, software] is a plus
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level
- CRM applied experience
