Lead: Business Enablement

**Job Purpose** - The Business Enablement Lead is responsible to manage the daily activities of transactional services, ensuring that all procedures and processes are effective, compliant, and in line with the organization's strategic goals. In addition, the lead will work with other senior managers and stakeholders to improve data-driven work processes, performance, quality, and client satisfaction.**Responsibilities**: - Provide advice to internal stakeholders on products and system enhancements by giving regular updates that are highlighted through Operational Processing. - Take part in and lead ongoing improvement efforts and projects, using best practices and creative solutions to improve operational performance and quality. - Analyze and communicate operational metrics and KPIs, using data and analytics to find patterns, problems, and possibilities for improvement and innovation. - Provide insights about products and clients to stakeholders to mitigate risk and enhance service quality. - Work with business analysts to redesign processes to ensure efficiency and proper risk management. - Evaluate how business changes affect the current business procedures, standards, frameworks and methods. - Manage service level agreement with stakeholders through monthly results meetings/reports. - Make sure cooperation is improved by working together with stakeholders and carrying out plans. - Take part in business projects' meetings and give the required guidance and help to make sure those projects succeed. - Monitor how the client interactions match the service levels that were agreed upon by using monthly key performance indicators to show how well the performance is. - Join sessions of Complaints Resolution Committee to give suggestions on complaints with high potential for harm. - Participate in Enterprise Risk Committee meetings to discuss operational risk problems and develop remedial action. - Formulate and implement a people strategy that will establish a culture that supports the Cluster and Nedbank's vision and values. - Manage a team that performs well by using resources effectively, staying updated on new technology and developing continuously. - Boost efficiency and engagement by making managers responsible for improving their team and themselves. - Empower team to make decisions and recommend tailored solutions to business unit specific problems, through coaching and mentoring practices. - Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate - Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees - Preferred Qualification- A post graduate degree in business will be advantageous..- Essential Certifications- Relevant qualification in Business Analysis from one of the IIBA Endorsed Education Providers - Minimum Experience Level- > 10 years working experience (business or process) in various analysis and management roles.**Technical / Professional Knowledge** - Diversity management - Global business analysis Trend - Change management - Management information and reporting principles, tools and mechanisms - Strategic planning - Talent management - Stakeholder management - Analysis - Behavioural Competencies- Building Partnerships - Continuous Improvement - Decision Making - Driving for Results - Driving Innovation - Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills - **_Please contact the Nedbank Recruiting Team at +27 860 555 566_
