- Demonstrable experience as a B-BBEE Consultant for JSE listed and/or multinational organisations.
- Demonstrable experience as a management consultant in ID&E for JSE listed and/or multinational organisations.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the B-BBEE legislation, including DTIC Codes of Good Practice, The Amended ICT Sector Codes and/or the Amended FS.
- Demonstrable ability to draft and present detailed reports, policies and manage the B-BBEE verification process.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing B-BBEE management information systems, strategies and processes for JSE listed and/or multinational companies.

Key job responsibilities
- Driving and improving the existing B-BBEE strategy for the business by outlining key objectives, initiatives, timeframes and related costs for senior leadership presentations and approval - this includes policy implementation and annual planning.
- Coordination and management of inputs and outputs of weekly, monthly and quarterly B-BBEE Mangement and Committee Meetings.
- Monthly monitoring and evaluation of B-BBEE scorecard reporting, highlighting major changes, concerns, strategies, action plans to B-BBEE Management.
- Driving B-BEEE compliance across the business, including providing appropriate guidance and education of on all B-BBEE pillars to internal stakeholders on relevant B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.
- Representing the organisation(s) at relevant industry events, as required.
- Keeping updated with changes and developments and inputs in B-BBEE legislation and regulations.
- Manage the relationship with the B-BBEE Verification Agency and Coordinating the Annual B-BBEE Audit.
- Managing internal reporting including the monthly B-BBEE scorecards and analyse the monthly B-BBEE data reports and make recommendations or initiate corrective action
- Address issues of non-compliance throughout the business and escalate issues of consistent non-compliance with relevant senior leadership.
