Qualifications:

- Post-matric qualification in a relevant field of study with a focus on supervision.
- 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is highly recommended.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating job expectations and appraising job performance.
- Providing coaching, counseling, and necessary disciplinary action.
- Enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring each step of the process and setting processing variables.
- Observing equipment and personnel while maintaining workflow.
- Implementing cost reduction measures and developing reporting procedures.
- Fostering cooperation within and between departments.
- Monitoring, verifying, and validating Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs).
- Scheduling and assigning personnel, revising schedules, and reporting production results.
- Supervising daily quality processes and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Overseeing technical system efficiency and reporting non-conformances to the QA Manager.
- Evaluating performance, recognizing excellence, and implementing disciplinary measures.
- Orienting, developing, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of team members.
