**Client Engagement Specialist**

Wetu is a technology company that creates and provides software solutions that assist the travel industry in collaborating and serving their customers efficiently. Established in 2009 in Cape Town, South Africa, Wetu has a well-established African footprint and a growing presence across the rest of the world.

**Who we are looking for**

Our Client Engagement Specialist is a curious, organized go-getter who is passionate about bringing the value of technology to travel businesses. Working closely with your client engagement team, your role is to enhance product adoption and strengthen the collaboration between travel stakeholders across the Wetu network.

**What the day will look like**
- Engaging with clients to understand their businesses and to customize training.
- Advising clients to improve their content ratings on the Wetu System.
- Onboarding & upskilling Wetu clients to embed Wetu Super Users.
- Delivering efficient, timeous and accurate product usage analysis to clients and internal departments.
- Offering support and assistance to your team members.
- Attending internal demos and tech updates to enhance your product knowledge and service to clients.
- Updating and maintaining product documentation, client communications and learning materials.
- Promoting and role-modelling the Wetu Way and Company values.
- Engaging with clients to understand their businesses and to customise training.

**To apply, you must have**
- Degree or diploma in a business/marketing related field.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a B2B client facing role (client services, customer success, client training).
- An understanding of the business levers for suppliers of travel related goods and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working experience using virtual communication software (Skype/Microsoft Teams/ Zoom/ etc.) to facilitate meetings.
- An aptitude for learning and using software tools (tech savvy).
- In-depth proficiency with the Internet and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using basic formulas and functionality of Excel in maintaining databases and building reports.
