**Our Group has embarked on a major transformation program now impacting the hub **Africa, Middle East & India. A new operating model for support functions (Finance, HR, Procurement) is being implemented and new digital tools and processes are being deployed. To enable all those changes and maximise benefits,the hub leadership is creating the role of Change Management Lead.
You will form part of the Group global change management network while reporting to the hub Centre of Excellence. Your role is to translate strategy into operational actions by working closely with the local teams. You will derive the overall transformational program into country bite size action plans and project manage every stream directly with operational stakeholders: executive committees, managers, employees. Your ability to efficiently communicate with a wide variety of colleagues will be key in increasing employees adoption and smoothing out teething issues. Your impact in gearing up the team across a diverse range of countries and cultures will be instrumental in achieving time and budget objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Develop a benefit realisation plan and monitor delivery.
- Develop change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communication, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, knowledge transfer and end-user training.
- Oversee execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation project.
- Define and measure success metrics; monitor progress and implement gap closure actions, where needed.
- Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, with particular focus on the communication strategy
**Requirements** Educational**
- Degree Educated, preferred qualification in Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology.
**Experience**
- 5 years Change Management Experience ideally combining consulting and in house
- Proven track records in Project Planning: stream lead of a large program or project lead
- Change management experience covering multiple countries/geographies
- Operationalising Change management strategy
