- Previous experience in a client/financial services industry would be advantageous
- Computer literate in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is able to work well in a team-based work environment
- Excellent people skills & a passion for client service
- Clear credit record/criminal record
- Living near the above-mentioned location/s
- Flexibility across regions is advantageous
- Willing to work extended working hours and weekends
- Must provide references
