- At least a Nat Diploma (N6) GCC and or B Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Project Management qualification or experience
- Budget experience
- Engineering Design experience

**Experience using the following 3D modelling programs**:

- Solidworks
- Autodesk - Inventor

**Duties**:

- Project Management
- Budget control
- Create / design 3D models of items to be machined for approval.
- Create dimensional drawings from approved 3D models for machining.
- Create 3D models structural items for approval.
- Create dimensional drawings from approved 3D models for steel structures.
- Create 3D models of sheet metal items for approval.
- Create dimensional drawings from approved 3D models for sheet metal parts.
- Create dimensional orthographic views for costing.
- Interpret hand sketches and instruction into conceptual drawings.
- Stress and deflection analysis of assemblies.
- Failure analysis of assemblies.
- Create 3D models of jigs for approval.
- Create dimensional drawings for manufacture of jigs.
- Creating DXF/DWG files of subassemblies for outsourcing to other companies.
