Key Performance Indicators:

- Conducting comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments;
- Providing hearing aid fittings and programming/adjustments;
- Fit and dispense hearing aids.
- Evaluate and follow up on the patient’s condition and record any developments.
- Provide counseling for the patient and close family members
- Educate patients on ways to prevent hearing loss
- Maintaining patient records and documenting all activities related to patient care;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in audiology;
**Requirements**:

- Audiology Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years Audiology experience is essential
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work with other medical professionals as needed to diagnose and treat patients
- Knowledge of industry software and technology, such as hearing aid programming and fitting software.
- Commitment to continued education and staying current on industry developments.
- HPCSA membership should be active
