Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cutting and preparing of meat
- Assisting clients
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products on the display counter to appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye
- Order Stock
- Direct operational or production activities
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality
- Record quantity of meat received and keep records of meat sales
- Negotiate with representatives from supply companies to determine order details

Key Skills
- Customer-service skills. Butchers who work in retail stores should be courteous, be able to answer customers' questions, and fill orders to customers' satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- At Least 3 Years Experience as a Professional Blockman
