**Job Description**:

- Lead and develop a team of professionals in fleet management, focusing on both 'farmers' (client retention) and 'hunters' (new client acquisition).
- Demonstrate expertise in various fleet management products, including full maintenance leases, operating leases, managed maintenance, and fleet cards.
- Exhibit a history of successful client acquisition, including tender business and corporate client engagement.
- Engage effectively with C-suite executives and entrepreneurs, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Understand and manage credit risk, crafting deals that are favourable and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
