Good Job Opportunity at a Growing Auto Parts Company: Cashier/Admin required

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
- Maintain clean and tidy payment areas
- Keep reports of transactions
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Scan documents to relevant departments
- Scan all invoices accordingly
- General Admin

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Have few years of similar experience
- High school certificate
- Skills and Attribute
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working, reliable and able to work fast
- Can manage customers
- Able to handle stressful situations
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills
- Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills

Position available immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

All customers are required to wear a mask upon entry. All surfaces are sanitised regularly.
