**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Advanced Drill Rig operator Certificate of Competency with Digital Mining modules
- Competent B Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanized mining as a Drill Rig Operator
- Minimum 2 years spent in 5G enabled mining operations
- Experience as trainer, facilitator, mentor, and or coach advantageous

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- English: Fully Proficient
- Mandarin: Fully Proficient (preferred)
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Report writing
- Risk assessments
- Work well under pressure
