Leading contract catering company requires a sales exec to secure new business, support the business through the efficient management of tender and proposal processes and other sales related activities
- 5+ years’ outsourced catering experience
- Experience in a dedicated new sales & business development function for a corporate entity
- Have necessary relationships within the private sector and Government departments, and sectors to include - Industrial, Mining, Corporate, Educational, Healthcare, and be able to interact at multiple levels across all sectors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical, planning & organisational skills
- Communication & negotiation skills
