Duties/Pligte
- Ensuring that all student housing facilities (residences, houses and hubs) always adhere to specific cleaning and maintenance standards;
- Contributing to the sustainable management of the facilities;
- Responsible for the management and optimal usage of all spaces, furniture and equipment;
- Maintaining safety standards within residences, houses and hubs.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate);
- Proven appropriate experience gained within comparable environments with regards to cleaning standards and norms;
- Technical knowledge about the maintenance of buildings;
- Knowledge of and experience in occupational health and safety;
- Proven good interpersonal skills;
- Empathy and a positive attitude towards students, staff and clients;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good computer skills in MS Word (at least Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Good administration and organisational skills;
- Good conflict management skills;
- The ability to work independently and with self-motivation;
- The ability to work thoroughly and to manage time effectively;
- The ability to act with confidence and authority;
- Professional customer service;
- A valid driver's licence.
- Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat);
- Bewese toepaslike ervaring, opgedoen binne vergelykbare omgewings ten opsigte van skoonmaak standaarde en norme;
- Tegniese kennis ten opsigte van die instandhouding van geboue;
- Kennis van en ervaring in beroepsgesondheid en-veiligheid;
- Bewese goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Meelewendheid en 'n positiewe ingesteldheid teenoor studente, personeel en kliënte;
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede;
- Goeie rekenaarvaardigheid in die MS Word-pakket (minstens Outlook, Excel en Word);
- Goeie administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede;
- Goeie konflikhanteringsvaardighede;
- Die vermoë om selfstandig en selfgemotiveerd te werk;
- Die vermoë om deeglik te werk en effektiewe tydsbestuur toe te pas;
- Die vermoë om met selfvertroue en gesag op te tree;
- Professionele dienslewering aan kliënte;
- 'n Geldige rybewys.

Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- A certificate in project management;
- Experience in project management.
- 'n Sertifikaat in projekbestuur;
- Ervaring in projekbestuur.
