**About the Role**

**NDF - National Debt Fund** helps people take back control of their finances. We’re looking for a **QA Specialist** to make sure our debt review removal and mediation services are done correctly and professionally.

**Debt Review** is a legal way for people who are struggling with debt to get help by paying off what they owe over time. Our job is to support those who are ready to move on from that process—and your role is to make sure we do it properly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Check client files and legal documents for errors
- Listen to calls and review messages to make sure we communicate clearly and respectfully
- Spot problems in our processes and suggest better ways to do things
- Work with the admin, legal, and mediation teams to keep everything on track
- Keep records of what’s working and what needs fixing
- **Make sure all tasks on the manager’s weekly checklist are completed**

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years working in quality checks, compliance, or admin (in law or finance is a plus)
- Very careful with details and good at spotting mistakes
- Good writing and speaking skills
- Able to work well with others and manage your own time
