**Quality Training Manager**

We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team as a
Training Quality Manager at Melior Access Solutions.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Quality Training Manager at Melior, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our quality standards and training programs remain unparalleled.

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting comprehensive internal audits of Melior's Quality

Management System (QMS) to identify areas for enhancement and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Compiling and analyzing quarterly statistics related to safety records, operational performance, and training efficacy, using data to drive proactive improvements.
- Leading assessments of instructor and assessor competence, maintaining up-to-date training logs.
- Managing the staff matrix to align with Melior's organizational structure, overseeing the training and growth of instructors and assessors.
- Reviewing and approving trainee logbooks.
- Regularly reviewing company procedures, aligning them with the latest industry trends and standards to ensure we maintain our competitive edge.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to elevate quality and training systems.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid scuba license
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and adept leadership capabilities, vital for managing and optimizing training initiatives effectively.
