Spray Painter

We are looking to appoint an employee as a Spray Painter within the Moulding Shop Department. This position will report to the Team Leader.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

- **Use all equipment
- Gel-coater machine & compressor.**:

- **Mixing of raw materials & formulas**:

- **Preparation of moulds and spraying equipment**:

- **Maintenance of all equipment**

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- **Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10)**:

- **Qualification Internal team members: NQF level 2(Grade 10) and/or a R&C competency certificate as a Spray Painter.**:

- **Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12)**:

- **Experience: With at least 2 ½ years related work experience.**:

- **Advantageous: Hull Laminating and Infusion experience.**:

- **Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.**:

- **Must have automotive paint background knowledge.**:

- **Must be able to meet deadlines**:

- **Able to work weekends and overtime.**:

- **Able to work in a team environment.**:

- **Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the Company.**:

- **Accurate measuring.**:

- **Attention to detail and quality.**:

- **Good housekeeping skills.**
