**Position Title**:Junior Key Account Manager **Position Type**: Regular - Full-Time **Position Location**:Rosebank **Requisition ID**: 33422 **Key Accounts Manager-** **PURPOSE OF THE JOB**: Execution of Key Account sales strategies to achieve strategic goals and objectives, particularly Volume and Gross Profit. Manage and build relationships with key customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - **Achieve budget, Gross Profit, Nett Sales Value and Volume for assigned Key Accounts.**: - Achieve annual Gross Profit, Nett Sales Value and Volume, through the implementation of sales plans with defined targets, plans to drive targets, innovation and communication plans. - Manage Gross Profit, Nett Sales Value and Volume in terms on-going analysis, investigation and reporting on sales information. - ** Implement annual retail trade investment budget plans.**: - Report on return on investment against volumes achieved - ** Develop relationships with key customers**: - Implement monthly, and quarterly visits to key customers. - Plan and implement customer, relationship, retention and development strategies; - Compile quarterly business reviews to all major customers - ** Assist marketing in the development of annual and future innovation plans**: - Implement the McCain ways of Winning platform (MWOW) - ** Collate reports;**: - Provide input into weekly /monthly manager reports in terms of sales performance, against KPA’s, issues and actions. - Checking and integration of open orders - **Network and create cross-functional integration;**: - Interact with stakeholder in all departments within company. - Ensure alignment of the 360 degree matrix between Sales, finance, Supply Chain and production, to ensure that we understand interrelationships and foresee problems that can impact sales performance **REQUIREMENTS**: - Grade 12 - B Com Marketing / Business management or extensive experience in a relevant role To apply, please visit: Internal applicants: Employee Online Services > Career and Development - McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
