**KITCHEN CO-ORDINATOR required for our client, an upmarket Restaurant in Beacon Bay.**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Matric/Grade 12

Min. 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Co-Ordinator in a fast paced/high pressure Restaurant environment

Must be a people’s person with the ability to Lead/Supervise staff

Must have experience in controlling of stock, portioning of stock and procurement of stock

Must keep the quality of food at a high standard hence have to be familiar with food safety

Must have experience in managing budget and stock shrinkage

Must have experience in checking the plating of food going out

Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle or own reliable transport

Must be willing to work retail hours and week-ends

Must be of sober habits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

Sense of urgency with good eye for details

**Salary - R10 - R12k (depending on experience)
