**Minimum Requirements**:
- 10-15 years' experience in the motor industry at Dealership level of new and used vehicle sales management, aftersales business, F&I offerings and extensive financial experience.
- An in-depth knowledge working with OEM at a National Level.
- A broad understanding of the legislative framework relating to the motor industry.
- A good relationship and network of key stakeholders.
- Relevant National Diploma/Degree/ Equivalent. A Business Management qualification such as an MBA or similar will be an added advantage.
- A good working knowledge of FICA, FAIS & CPA.
- Good system knowledge of Evolve, IAL or similar Dealer Management systems.
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.
- Based on the company risk assessment, this role is vaccine mandatory.

- Produce, analyse, and interpret management reports with respect to trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Maintain correct inventory levels and related costs of vehicles and parts to achieve and exceed budget expectations.
- Manage and report on all aspects of business / company performance. Corporate Governance / Risk / Ethics and Compliance
- Ensure self and business adherence to related legal compliance, e.g., FICA regulation, POPI Act and Consumer Protection Act (CPA), LRA, OSHA, EE, etc.
**4. Financial Excellence**:
- Ensure the development and approval of a dealership budget which is aligned to shareholder expectations, OEM forecasts, financial institutions requirements, and market conditions by considering all business units/ functions needs and objectives within the company.
- Ensure that the business meets all financial objectives and outputs.
- Ensure that the business receives a clean audit report.
