- Excellent communication skills, Including the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Experience working on road construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to train SMMEs.
- OWN CAR is Preferred.
