**Responsibilities**:
- Agreement Review and Drafting:
- Conduct thorough reviews of various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Draft, edit, and revise agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.
- Legal Advisory:
- Provide proactive legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues affecting the business.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry and ensure the company's compliance.
- Participate in business strategy meetings to offer legal insights and contribute to informed decision-making.
- Rental Agreements:
- Assist in the negotiation, preparation, and review of rental agreements for various business purposes.
- Work closely with real estate and property management teams to ensure legal aspects are addressed in rental agreements.
- Advise on landlord-tenant relationships and related legal matters.
- Contract Management:
- Develop and implement systems for efficient contract management, including organizing, storing, and tracking agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct legal research to support business initiatives and address legal concerns.
- Analyze legal issues and provide clear, concise, and practical recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on contract review and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or in-house legal department.
- Familiarity with real estate and rental agreements.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
