Senior Sales Executive

**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Sales and Marketing would be advantageous or Certifications in sales, marketing, or security printing (such as Certified Sales Professional or similar).
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the security document or related industries (security inks, security paper, security printing).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the security document market, including private and state security printers.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales, with experience in selling technical products to decision-makers in the printing and security industries.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese or French) would be beneficial given regional travel requirements.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel extensively both within South Africa and to neighbouring countries. Valid ID & Passport
- Valid License and own vehicle
- Clear criminal Record

**Duties**:
- **Sales Development**: Drive sales of security inks and labels for value documents, building relationships with private and state security printers.
- **Market Knowledge**: Use industry expertise to identify potential clients within the security document market, including security printers (private and state).
- **Travel**: Regular travel throughout South Africa and to neighbouring countries (Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini) to meet clients, deliver presentations, and secure contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the security printing and related industries.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that SICPA’s value proposition is communicated effectively to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and assess industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to align sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback
