SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to a fast paced and accomplished Transport and Logistics company in the Johannesburg as an HR Assistant

**Minimum Requirements**
- Shortlisting/screening CV’s & arranging interviews
- Conducting assessments & reference checks
- Organising and maintaining employee files, uploading employee files to the HRIS, creating employee files (maintain electronic and manual filing)
- Manage and distribute uniform orders
- Take minutes of HR meetings when necessary
- Screen all visits to the department and receive clients on behalf of the department
- Provide administrative and organizational support to HR Management and the department to ensure smooth running of the department
- Assist with onboarding of employees
- Issue termination documents to employees
- Assist with preparing HR documents
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll personnel by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects

**Skills and requirements**
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role is beneficial
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is beneficial
- Understanding/knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
