**Hybrid Sales Executive**
**R25 000 CTC + Commission**
**R1 500 Cell allowance**
**R 5000 Petrol allowance**

A well-established leader in Cash Management Solutions is currently looking for passionate, entrepreneurial Hybrid Sales Executive who is a strong hunter and that will aggressively knock-down doors to increase market share. We are looking for individuals who can build up a healthy pipeline on a CRM system through cold-calling, discipline, and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Matric certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Previous sales and business development experience (Contractual Sales)
- Previous experience in the same or similar industry will be an advantage
- A proven track record of cultivating new business and making use of cold calling techniques
- High closing ratio and results-driven
- Optimally able to manage a pipeline
- Able to update the CRM System
- Existing network and database of prospects
- Ability to sell to business owners/decision-makers
- Must be highly motivated, industrious, and ambitious.
- Contactable references
- Computer literate
- A fast learner
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

**Duties**
- Consult, negotiate and make progress on deals to the point of signing with decision-makers/business owners
- Source viable opportunities to promote the business to secure required daily quote output and build a solid pipeline of opportunities with business owners/decision-makers
- Focus on securing meetings (confirmed with the decision-makers) where the business is currently in the market for a cash management solution
- Focus on securing meetings (confirmed with the decision-makers) that is currently in a contract with a competitor and should form part of your future dated pipeline
- Strive to understand your prospects business and cash management requirements to effectively provide the correct Solution
- Sell end-to-end solution and the benefits thereof
- Build up a healthy pipeline of opportunity on the CRM system (core suite)
- Bring in new business to exceed monthly/quarterly and annual targets agreed to
