Do you have experience in defining and executing data strategies across multiple business units and functions? Do you want to join a dynamic and collaborative team that is shaping the future of data at CIB?

**Job Description**:
If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Data Strategy and Portfolio Management Lead for CIB, who will be responsible for the following:

- Business Portfolio Management: Manage the CIB-wide data portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategic priorities, and data governance standards.
- Business Case Development: Develop and communicate the business value proposition of data initiatives, including expected outcomes, benefits, costs, risks, and dependencies.
- Data Asset and Product Landscape: Define and maintain the CIB-wide data asset and product landscape, identifying cross-business unit data opportunities, synergies, and gaps.
- Communication and Advocacy: Promote and advocate the data strategy and portfolio across CIB, engaging with senior stakeholders, business partners, and data communities.
- Industry Perspective and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyse the data trends, best practices, and innovations in the financial services industry and beyond, and provide insights and recommendations to CIB leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:

- A degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of working experience on data strategy and change projects, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of portfolio management, business case development, and data product delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on business value and customer needs.
